1.
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
2.
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
3.
Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
4.
Analyze and provide timely feedback of vendor proposals using benchmark data.
5.
Validating large or complex changes with regards to cost impacts.
6.
Recognize and resolve issues and provide hands-on project guidance to ensure completion of assigned projects.
7.
Responsible for all aspects of project management (including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation and planning, execution and delivery).
8.
Engage and manage project teams during the initiation, discovery, design, build, validation & rollout phases to ensure timely delivery of projects.
9.
Analyze relevant information to provide a complete project cost evaluation.
10.
Provide innovative solutions to complex issues as they arise related to cost, lead-times, trade partners, and/or specified products or materials.
11.
Make reliable predictions as it relates to cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work.
12.
Assemble a complete presentation-worthy estimate package that clearly communicates project cost.
13.
Collaborate with other members of a Team involved in the request for proposal responses (RFPs) and the formal presentation for a project.
14.
30% domestic travel required to various Amazon and client locations to support business and technical relationships.
