In this role you will work with senior leaders and support functions (e.
g.
Finance, HR, Public Relations), cross-functional real estate teams (transactions, EHS, sustainability, strategic planning, design/construction, etc) and economic development.
You will be responsible for implementing mechanisms to support decision makers with data, analytics, metrics and research to make the best decisions on behalf of our employees and customers.
This person must be comfortable operating on both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer.
The optimal candidate is an experienced, vibrant, and engaging professional who excels in an entrepreneurial culture, providing vision, leadership, and communication.
Successful track record of building strong customer relationships focused on earning customer trust and delivering results.
This person must not be afraid to dive deep or deliver on behalf of the customer when dealing with ambiguity.

Key job responsibilitiesPrimary point of contact to senior business leaders (SVP and VP) understanding their changing workplace needs while advising on real estate strategy in support of the business strategy.
Provide visibility of real estate and workplace metrics to business, finance and human resource leaders; inclusive of opportunities, risks, and recommendations / optionsActs as the glue between the business, human resources, finance, and GREF program teamsPartners with cross-functional teams on the development of program materials and supporting adhoc business projectsPartner with workforce teams bringing 'where we work' and 'how we work' into one conversationEffectively lead and manage sensitive, difficult or demanding conversations and situationsGathers and synthesizes functional and operational business requirementsLeverages technology to design, build, and automate tools and reporting to support business needs.
Applies strong modeling analytics to inform leaders on strategy trade-offsDevelops comprehensive plans to support changing business needs and initiatives.
Identifies, analyzes and applies relevant data to support the creation and execution of recommendations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
