This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Director, District Business Line Leader (Property and Buildings) for our Northwest Pacific District offices. The District includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. Preferred office location is Seattle. Provides leadership to the Property and Buildings District Business Line in collaboration with other business line leaders in the district and region including Transportation, Water, Earth & Environment, Energy, Advisory, and Climate, Resiliency and Sustainability as well as working with our partners in Operations and Strategic Growth Team. As part of the Northwest Pacific District Leadership this position will report to Northwest Pacific District Leader. Key performance indicators include EBITDA, Organic Growth, DSO, Utilization, Backlog, Inclusion & Diversity and Guiding Principles. Your Impact Responsible for P/L for the Northwest Pacific District Property and Buildings business line. Office Managing Director for the Seattle office. Business development, client outreach and pursuit management. Proactively collaborate with the National Business Line team to create and deliver a locally tailored growth strategy that is well aligned to the national Property and Buildings strategy. Seller/Doer. Leading and delivering high profile projects for top clients. Reviewing and approving proposals, scope and fees, and contracts. Overseeing the financial review, pricing tool and go/no-go process. Development of strategic plans and budgets. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of process changes within Property and Buildings. Funneling information and communication to the team from district leadership. Responsible for mid-month effort reviews, end of month financial close and quarterly PM project reviews. Resourcing and staffing for projects and coordination with other offices for intercompany work. Develop, coach, train, and value our people. Critical Success Factors:

years of professional experience in the Property and Buildings sector, with an understanding of the role and all end market sectors within the A/E/C industry. Bachelor's degree. Essential License (e.g. PE) as applicable. Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistent and goal oriented. Ability to innovate and re-think the conventional approach to client and employee engagement. Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes. Commitment to internal and external client service. Motivational; staff development mindset; excellent leadership/managerial and mentoring/teaching skills. Highly organized; detail oriented; skilled with implementation/ logistics. Budget management / enterprise business aptitude. Seller-Doer mentality. Experience with change management. Collaborative drives consensus. Strong communication skills. P&L management. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
