As a member of the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team overseeing corporate office space, this position will build and lead global occupancy planning.
This role combines team leadership with strategic occupancy and migration planning, while maintaining a customer centric approach.
The successful candidate must operate as a true partner to our customers--both employees and business leaders, Project Managers, Finance, HR, Security, IT and other functional areas and establish highly integrated relationships with vendor partners.
Working closely with key GREF partners, they will develop and drive global consistency and regional strategies, while problem solving at the local level.
The optimal candidate is an experienced builder, vibrant, and engaging professional who excels in an entrepreneurial culture, leads with inquiry, providing vision, leadership, and communication.
Successful track record of building highly effective global teams focused on earning customer trust and delivering results.
This person must not be afraid to dive deep or deliver on behalf of the customer when dealing with ambiguity- providing direction/recommendations and fostering transparent relationships.
The candidate must be able to balance frugality with creativity in offering solutions and approach problem-solving with an emphasis on root cause.
This role is intended to increase the emphasis on the employee experience by identifying and planning for business needs, looking around corners, driving transparency, and fostering collaboration.
Continuous evaluation of current space programming, utilization, and move planning for existing real estate portfolio.
Headcount growth projection tracking with Finance and Space Teams.
Oversee occupancy planning scenario development using headcount growth projections, building stack plans, leveraging and advocating for agile sharing where it makes sense, and continually monitoring future pipeline supply to develop 1-3 year growth plans.
Manage a highly talented team responsible for developing local and regional plans for restack, reshuffle, or moves for teams.
Partner with GREF Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) managers to align strategy top down and bottoms up to solve business needs.
Engage with senior business leaders to gain alignment on proposed moves or restacks.
Direct the development of occupancy planning processes and tools for GREF and customer space POCs.
Ensure team provides regular tracking and reporting of space metrics, portfolio health and customer facing reporting in support of RE&F Managers and Business Partners.
Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with RE&F Managers, Business Partners, along with GREF finance managers, functional leaders, and vendor partners.
Primary point of contact to senior business leaders (SVP and VP) understanding their changing workplace needs while advising on real estate strategy in support of the business strategy.
Partners with cross-functional teams on the development of program materials and supporting ad hoc business projects.
Effectively lead and manage sensitive, difficult or demanding conversations and situations.
Ensures team consistently gathers and synthesizes functional and operational occupancy requirements by business.
Leverages technology to inform, design, build, and automate tools and reporting to support business needs.
Applies rigorous modeling analytics to inform leaders on strategy trade-offs.
Develops and adapts comprehensive plans to support changing business needs and initiatives.
Identifies, analyzes and applies relevant data to support the creation and execution of recommendations.
Global Travel required 25%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
