Vendor Performance Program Mgr
Job summaryWe're looking for a Vendor Performance Manager to support our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the corporate real estate global KPI (Key Performance Indicators) program including writing/establishing new KPIsDeveloping scalable processes to manage KPI reporting across multiple vendors and regionsProviding global reporting and insights to vendors and key business stakeholdersOversight of vendor performance programs administered by third party partners.
Key job responsibilitiesThis position is also responsible for the management of all vendor performance program functions to support corporate real estate globally.
This includes the administration, calculation, and reporting of vendor satisfaction surveys as well as managing the rebate and fee/reward programs.
The right candidate will demonstrate a senior level of competence performing a full range of vendor performance functions in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and work well with stakeholders across multiple orgs and regions.
The role will be based in Seattle, WA, at the corporate office campus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
