RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner's primary job responsibilities will include:
Full life cycle recruitment across various departments including Software Engineering, Quality Engineer, Product Management, Device Engineering, Cloud Ops, and other departments Proactively targeting and sourcing of candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other sources Conducting phone, virtual and in person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for Alarm.com Planning and execution of recruiting cycles to create a strong candidate pipeline, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates and fill positions in a timely manner Working closely with hiring managers on job description development, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation, and selection Working closely with HRBP's on a variety of recruiting and HR projects across all functional areas REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree 5
years' experience in full life cycle and technology recruitment (candidate must have experience completing all stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing candidates) Corporate recruiting and technical recruiting experience Solid understanding of technical concepts for appropriate identification and evaluation of candidates Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment Flexibility and willingness to scale from administrative tasks up to strategic projects WHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
