Business Development Director

Job Description Does the idea of developing, cultivating and closing new business and partner relationships in an actively growing, yet greenfield market sound exciting? What you can expect to do:
Hunt:
you'll need to proactively identify sales and partner opportunities by working your network, prospecting relevant industry events, and good old-fashioned research Cultivate:
key relationships across a broad array of target verticals and industries Close:
new business deals by way of partnership opportunities and new customers Work hand-in-hand with an incredibly talented SDR team to leverage their lead generation activities into new business revenue Partner with marketing to develop content that address various personas, use cases, and perceived and known customer pain points and questions Collaborate with our internal leadership team to influence product and feature priorities based on feedback from prospects and customers What you bring to the table:
Technical aptitude:
you'll be presenting a complex technology product across all levels of target organizations Excellent account management skills:
you'll stay involved post-deal signing to ensure new partners and customers have highly successful and sticky onboarding processes Stick-to-it-iveness:

this is a highly visible role and you will work cross-functionally across the entire Integris organization to make things happen Stellar communication skills:
you will interact in-person, over the phone, over email, and maybe even text or carrier pigeon, so your verbal and written skills need to be on point At least 7 years of successful business development, sales and/or partnership management experience; work in the data privacy or security space a plus What we put on the table:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
