The engineering team at 128 Technology is looking for a software engineer focusing on developing a highly scalable distributed networked applications. Responsibilities:
Design and develop large-scale, distributed systems and scalable real time, fault tolerant, high throughput message and event driven services Improve the performance of existing software Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
B.S or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field 0-2 years experience developing large-scale software systems Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design Computer Science fundamentals in data structures Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis Familiarity with C++, Python or Go Ability to deliver clean, modular code quickly and efficiently BONUS POINTS:
Working experience in software development Knowledge of networking concepts (IPv4 & IPv6, TCP/IP/UDP, DHCP, DNS etc) Experience with Agile development process Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration Sense of humor As Juniper is a US Federal Contractor, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for all U.S. employees. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
