We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the SoFi Banking Operations team. This is a newly formed team that will have a huge impact on how SoFi manages our money. You will partner with the treasury, finance, and operations teams to automate, scale, and execute our biggest financial decisions. This role is inherently cross-functional--you will work closely with engineering, design, data science, user research, marketing, operations, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and executive teams to set a product strategy, define, and prioritize features. You'll play the critical role of bridging the technical and business worlds to deliver product features and enhancements that delight our customers and drive our business forward. What you'll do:
Build disruptive innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment Create and evangelize a product vision and own a multi-year product roadmap Prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with your dedicated engineering teams Own instrumentation and data for your products to drive deep understanding, innovation, and product plans Be able to lead in a fast-paced agile environment Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, legal, compliance, capital markets, and executive management to translate customer needs into a product. Be able to work closely with engineering to own and dive deep into backlogs, the definition of done, and technical details. Experiment constantly to drive customer learnings and customer impact. What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a technical discipline 7
years in product management in technology company Superior communication skills, written and verbal. Experience presenting to C-level leadership Experience delivering quality software that solves business and user needs Data-driven approach and excellent analytical skills Passion for your users! You do right by them, always Ability to work with remote teams Nice to have:
Experience with hypothesis-based product experimentation Experience speaking to actual users, empathizing with them and gathering insights, and translating those insights into meaningful product enhancements Experience in the Fintech space Why you'll love working here:

$100K -- $150K
