OVERVIEW The Alliance Partner Manager is responsible for building, developing and maintaining the Microsoft and other alliance relationships in the assigned region and will be measured primarily on the resulting revenue. Crestron is looking for someone who has experience growing revenues through a strategic Microsoft Partnership. Individual can be based in Seattle, Wa, San Francisco, CA or NYC, NY! No day is average in our fast-paced, solution sales environment. At Crestron, our UC Enterprise Team is the fastest growing business line within the organization and works across all disciplines including Enterprise, Commercial, Federal, Education, Medical, State/Local Government sales, Business Units, Engineering, while working in collaboration with our AV sales teams in providing our joint customers with the best possible end-to-end solutions. You will develop and execute a territory plan designed to maximize Crestron's revenues with our full Flex portfolio. This will include strategic planning and positioning of the complete Crestron Flex product family, sales engagements, trainings and speaking engagements. You will join a successful team of IoT/UC focused sellers who are self-motivated to succeed at start-up speed. They can articulate Crestron's product and business strategies and have a proven track record of success in delivering results. In summary, we are looking for someone to join our team who enjoys spending most of their time engaging with customers and our dealers at multiple levels, managing relationships and maximizing Crestron's revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Crestron solution sales via networking and personal connections within Microsoft as well as the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem Generate net-new enterprise sales opportunities through the Microsoft sales relationships globally across the Microsoft Enterprise and SMC sales teams Support Crestron field sellers where needed with pipeline creation, deal support & demand generation activities such as local events at Microsoft and Microsoft partner locations Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas and activities goals Own the shared pipeline and sales opportunity management with Microsoft, use Partner Sales Connect and the Partner Business Plan with all Microsoft sales teams in assigned region Maximize all investment funding vehicles available from Microsoft QUALIFICATIONS Experience and contacts within Microsoft and/or other alliance partnerships Proven track record in growing revenues through a Microsoft partnership Experienced in developing and managing strategic partnerships Strong project and program management skills Be able to overcome field sales challenges and evangelize the Creston value at all levels of Microsoft 5
Years professional experience in the Microsoft Ecosystem - Microsoft Direct, SI, or ISV Experience Deep Understanding of Microsoft Product Offerings, Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business and Microsoft Azure IoT Ability to Travel 25%

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
