Job summaryAs a Program Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, help engineering leaders develop functional specifications, then deliver programs in a successful and timely manner is expected.
Key job responsibilities Development of consolidated global business requirements that meet the needs of global programs and processes Drive global consistency allowing the service line to streamline business processes and enhance reporting capabilities Represent the global technology team in the region by regularly communicating key technology updates Partner with the GREF global communication team to identify effective communication channels and build a clear and robust communication plan for the global technology program Set up and deliver strong and efficient processes governing the global technology team activities from business requirement collection until project close-out Identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing solutions to address these opportunities.

Produce clear, concise documents (e.

, functional, technical specifications, PR/FAQs).
Acting as technical subject matter expert, proving advisory on technology and data best practices and support to the business and by developing the Americas technology roadmap supported by GREF leadership.
Guide the engineering team's investment as program owner by managing product backlogs and requirements Recognizes when the technical design of a feature is complex, limits performance, scale, extensibility, and/or our ability innovate in the future.
A day in the lifeDeliver and support the technology needs for GREF space and occupancy needs globally, including the development of the regional roadmap, new software selection and implementation, as well as the sustainment of existing technology.
You must be comfortable diving deep on the strategic, technical, and tactical levels, acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer.
This role requires the Program Manager to build a deep knowledge of the service line activities, all of its business challenges, complexities and opportunities, to ensure a full understanding of the needs of the business and to propose recommendations from technology implementation perspective.
About the teamThe Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, space and occupancy planning, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operations across over 50 countries.
In order to accompany these service lines, the global technology team acts as a technology business partner to ensure the delivery of the right set of tools and reliable data allowing GREF to make quick informed decisions and raise the bar in their service delivery.
