Lease Admin Tech Program Mgr, Portfolio & Asset Management
Job summaryThe AWS Global Real Estate Team is looking for a talented, experienced Program Manager based in our Seattle corporate office campus.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management Team and will be responsible for supporting the implementation and day to day management of our Lease administration software system and other tools used to manage our Real Estate Data Centers and Colocation contracts.
This role will act as the subject matter expert for AWS supporting internal customers with system inquiries and reporting requests.
The Portfolio & Asset Management Program Manager will be responsible for creating, disseminating, maintaining metrics related to the use of the technology to all stakeholders; partnering with cross functional teams identifying areas for improvement and facilitating these improvements in partnership with our Lease Administration Technology Team.
The Program Manager will also fill the role of lease administration power user such that training can be provided to new users unfamiliar with the tools.
The right candidate will demonstrate a high level of competence performing a wide range of critical business support in order to ensure successful delivery, use, and enhancements of lease technology used by AWS.
Key job responsibilitieso Support implementation of new Lease Administration Software (Tango) to ensure AWS unique requirements are supported including system design validation, UAT testing, quality control of re-abstractions and data cleanup effortso Manage, review and respond to abstraction queries resulting from re-abstraction of a large quantity of agreementso Become the SME on all software systems supporting AWS Portfolio & Asset Management (PAM) team (SalesForce, Tango, and Payee Central)o Create and maintain Tango SOP's for lease administration teamo Design Tango training programs and workshops for AWS teamso Ongoing support to PAM and cross-functional Stakeholders, Lease Administrators and Analysts, finance, accounting, and legal as it relates to the use of the Lease Administration software and tools (Payee Central, SalesForce, and Tango)o Create and facilitate reporting and Dashboard requests to support Portfolio reporting and metricso Leads project management for the integration or data feeds of disparate systems (SalesForce, CloudForge) as assignedAbout the teamInclusive Team CultureHere at AWS, we embrace our differences.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
