Sr. JWO Integration Manager, Amazon Fresh

Amazon Just Walk Out delivers solutions to simplify and improve the grocery shopping experience, by enabling shoppers to simply enter a store, grab what they want, and just go.
Just Walk Out uses a combination of technologies to eliminate checkout lines and bring fast and convenient checkout experiences to shoppers in Amazon Fresh Stores.
The ideal candidate is customer focused, a natural problem solver and a great communicator, both in verbal and written form.
You have a consistent track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines while making high-judgement, data-driven trade-offs and prioritization decisions in an ambiguous environment.
This role requires a high level of ownership over development of design guidance for the integration of technology.
You are accountable but also know how to see around the corners and ask for help in resolving issues and problems as necessary.
This position can be based in either Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.
Key job responsibilities Create sustainability strategies, long-term and short-term performance targets and accompanying plans to achieve sustainable design goals Managing development of sustainability design guidelines, standards and specifications for existing and new stores, while balancing innovation and frugality Managing material testing pilots projects from conception through execution, including external design consultants and project partners Coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the production of comprehensive architectural and engineering packages for all phases of design Identifying current and emerging carbon reducing technologies, tools, and methods to evolve design and equipment standards Creating comprehensive documents for cross functional alignment to convey design requirements Craft compelling leadership-facing presentations that clearly communicate high level strategy as well as technical details Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Utilizing data and metrics to drive alignment and improvements while evaluating Life Cycle Assessments Build consensus across stakeholders and propose trade-off decisions for various competing priorities Review shop drawings, specifications and cut sheets to present recommendationsA day in the lifeAs a Sr.
JWO Integration Manager on the Design Standards team, you will be responsible for working with business teams across the company to gather requirements for technical components and processes related to the Just Walk Out technology.
You must understand the building and construction industry and be able to translate requirements back into A/E/C industry documentation.
This position involves regular communication with internal design partners and change management teams on status, risks and missing information.
You will be responsible for gathering inputs from multiple sources, analyzing how it affects the Amazon Fresh Store Development team and conveying outcomes.
Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
