We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a leader who will coach and develop team members in all areas from driving incremental revenue and retaining existing business from our National and Enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise sellers who generate new business within existing accounts. You will need to have a proven track record of success at driving Enterprise sales results with the ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change. You will exceed quarterly sales team quotas and all activities of revenue generation, to ensure continual aggressive growth nationally You will implement strategic planning, forecasting and ongoing development of sales team You will coach your team in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning You will attract, hire and develop a Sales team to consistently execute National game-plans and exceed business goals, while holding them accountable You will identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency You will develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activities You will assist in closing complex multi-million dollar programs with your team You will be a leader your team can depend on! What it Takes to Succeed:
You have 3
years managing a team of 5 or more You have 5
years relevant Enterprise experience across sales, digital, and advertising roles You have a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets You are an experienced communicator with proven track record of executive outreach You have entrepreneurial history of building partnerships from scratch You have the ability to handle critical conversations internally with reps as well as client escalations You are able to navigate uncertainty successfully for all parties and lead to desired outcomes You believe in Yelp's mission and naturally put the company and team first You are able to travel 40% of the time You are easy-going, cool headed, with a track record of collaboration and working well internally You are ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and build something big at Yelp What You'll Get:

$80K -- $100K
