Business Lead, Affiliates

The role SoFi's Lending Team is seeking an Affiliates Business Lead to optimize the affiliates business for all Lending businesses as we continue to rapidly expand our partnerships across multiple verticals. You'll work closely with the cross functional team across engineering, product, pricing, risk, marketing, credit and ops to grow the business. Reporting to the Business Heads, Personal Loans and Student Loans, you will play a key role in the strategy and execution from research to lead generation and optimization. What you'll do:
Accountable for performance results spanning affiliate, partnership, and loyalty programs on an end-end basis Leading budget execution, and drive profitable growth, scale affiliate partnerships, and manage Affiliate program across Student Loan Refinance, Personal Loans, Home Loans and In School Loans Optimize and grow affiliate programs Demonstrate a deep understanding of end-end business from lead generation to the day-to-day operations of managing our affiliate partners and relationships. Use data to drive optimization decisions across credit, marketing, pricing, ops and finance Responsible for scaling volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel. Analyzes data, optimizes performance, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues. Develops affiliate roadmapping and strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues. Business optimization (80%):
Optimize Affiliate channels across all Lending businesses. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends Identify key pain points in the affiliate funnel and fix it Price testing and optimization Understand credit performance and optimize underwriting and pricing to drive profitable growth Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume. Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions revenue and profit goals while maintaining target credit profile and CPAs. Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients' marketing challenges Communication (20%):
Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all Alignment. Provide consistent and effective support to team leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities What you'll need:

years relevant experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, business operations, and/or Affiliate Marketing 7
years of relevant industry experience in banking, financial services, fintech, tech environment Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position. Ability to thrive in a fast paced performance driven environment Effective organizational and time management skills. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating relationships through own initiative. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Development, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
