As the Facilities and Maintenance Program Manager you will support the business unit as an extension of the broader centralized facilities organization.
In addition to delivering against the broader team business goals, you will work across various partner teams to facilitate processes that act as a foundation for the program and organization.

You will have strong business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving various cost and repair savings initiatives and have a passion for developing and implementing improvements in an ambiguous problem space.
You will take ownership of your work, display a great deal of initiative, possess common sense, sound judgment, and a sense of humor.
The Facilities and Maintenance Program Manager will create and support business procedures and programs that support product warranties, break fix repair and general post launch vendor service level agreements.
You will work closely with cross functional groups such as operations, centralized facilities, procurement, design and construction to make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence.
Initially this role will act as a hybrid role in supporting site development.
Creation of dashboard content, change management and onsite visits are examples of projects this role will take on conjunction with facilities program management.
The ideal candidate needs to have strong and proven communication skills.
Successful leaders at Amazon are hands-on, results oriented, collaborative, and able to deliver innovative solutions with little to no supervision and guidance.
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills will be critical to the success of this position.
This role is Virtual - United States (though ideally West Coast based).
Key job responsibilitiesAct as the 'business owner' for their program, including identifying and driving areas of need.
Drive the creation and execution of the facilities and maintenance plan and strategy.
Support program development by documenting and implementing processes.
Manage vendor relationships and SLA's for warranty and break fix performance.
Align standards and provide mechanisms for auditing facilities processes and procedures.
This role will also cross functionally support the Development Program Manager in various projects as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
