Job Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst supporting the hourly field organization plays a unique role in delivering the Compensation and Total Rewards strategy to the largest population of our company. They act as a key business partner in developing and improving KinderCare Education's Compensation structure and programs. They will use data to drive evidence-based program design and align the hourly field Compensation strategy to organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
Provide Compensation expertise for hourly employees including cash compensation, field merit, and wage rate analysis Research, recommend, and lead compensation projects and serve as the subject matter expert for the Field Compensation team on HR initiatives such as incentive plan design and associated scorecard Lead the review of compensation structures incorporating market data from salary surveys and other sources Keep informed of applicable laws and regulations, including FLSA and minimum wage Create executive ready summaries and influence decision-making through analytical insights Consult on compensation strategy and align programs to the organization's strategic priorities Partner with the business and Operations to support communication and training of complex Compensation programs Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership, HR Business Partners, and the field organization to understand Compensation challenges and address concerns Keep abreast of trends and changes in the field of Compensation Qualification:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field 3
years of experience in Compensation including experience with a national hourly workforce Proficient in the generation and analysis of Compensation metrics Experience with salary surveys; working knowledge of Radford (Aon Hewitt) & Economic Research Institute (ERI) preferred
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
