The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Portfolio Manager based in our Seattle corporate office campus.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Colo & Real Estate Portfolio Team and will be responsible for coordinating and managing data center real estate approval processes and metrics; end-to-end ownership of financial and contractual requirements for colo acquisitions; coordinate legal documentation requests from vendors and additional portfolio management duties.
The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently and will possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities include:
o Ensure all contract obligations are being met on time, this includes management of DC/colo payments, contract management, and performance managemento Tracking and reporting of key lease metrics, and obligationso Coordinate, track and provide support to the business development and leadership team through data trends within the existing portfolioo Strategic optimization of existing portfolio and identification of cost saving opportunities with existing siteso Drive process creation, implementation and improvementso Managing the payment management database (Tango) and partner with different business lines to drive forward technical enhancements/improvementso Maintains global/business partnership between all key stakeholderso Third party vendor managementAbout the teamInclusive Team CultureHere at AWS, we embrace our differences.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
