Responsibilities:
Measure service quality and ensure that DC depart meets client deliverables on an ongoing basis Perform quality control checking and coordinate delivery of periodic plan Investment Reviews; effectively work with service teams to implement any investment fund changes requested by clients Ensure timely completion, review and delivery of annual plan Direct Analysis Report Cards; schedule meetings to discuss results with clients and establish action plans for the upcoming year Coordinate education campaigns for assigned plans to demonstrate their value to employees and promote plan participation, including development of compliance-approved materials and delivery of presentations as needed Ensure required fee disclosures are accurately prepared and delivered to clients in accordance with industry regulations Participate in the pricing, documentation and completion of special projects, including preparation and proper filing of Supplemental Service Agreements executed by clients Assist with department's monthly billing, ensuring project billing log is updated timely Ensure monthly metrics are accurately and timely recorded for department reports to management Educate sales representatives on technical and legislative changes, product enhancements, DC policies and procedures, etc. DC Department liaison to the legal department coordinating plan drafting, amendments, SPDs, corrective actions, etc. Ensure assigned plans are in compliance with IRS/DOL regulations to service clients and identify cross-sell opportunities Build and maintain a positive team spirit Assume the lead role in the establishment of new client relationships and new business implementation for retirement plans, including:
o Assist with prospective client website demonstrations, DC capabilities/finalist presentations o Manage conversion of assigned new business following department checklists/procedures o Lead and actively participate in transition meetings or conference calls o Establish and continually review conversion timetable; monitor progress, working with service teams to ensure timely completion of all deliverables o Coordinate timely preparation and execution of required plan documentation for all parties, including USICG, USI Securities, USI Investment Advisors, the Plan's trustee/custodian, etc. o Develop client-specific materials to address unique client needs and plan provisions o Establish proper client expectations and adjust with client as required Mentor DC new hires at all levels, individually or in group setting, sharing company and industry expertise with team members; participate in development and delivery of internal training sessions; provide constructive feedback to DC Senior Management concerning new hires' progress Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's or more advanced degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance or Accounting Advanced computer skills-knowledge of Windows environment, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 7-10 years minimum related business experience, demonstrating recordkeeping and compliance expertise ASPPA certification preferred Ability to creatively and proactively problem-solve, adhering to all regulatory requirements Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment Effective communication skills with clients and co-workers, both verbal and written Personable and credible Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration in a team setting
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
