This role can be 100% remote within the continental USA, West Coast Hours Position Summary The Marketing Revenue Operations mission is to leverage data and platforms to measure and communicate the financial performance of the Global Marketing organization. The F5 Marketing organization is executing on its strategic plan to become a revenue generation engine. Key decisions are rooted in performance data, analysis, and insights. F5 Marketing Revenue Operations is looking for a savvy Sr. Marketing Analyst to help drive data-based decision making, including developing insights and recommendations for marketing mix optimizations and go-to-market investment decisions. The successful candidate is highly capable of accessing and manipulating data with SQL, Tableau and Excel, developing visualizations that entice decisions, and creating models, forecasts and business cases that enable strategic decision making. The candidate must possess advanced communication and partnering skills at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Revenue Operations. Primary Responsibilities Manage end-to-end BI dashboarding, score carding, and other reporting projects across the Global Marketing organization Design and develop visually compelling dashboards, scorecards, and reports to help tell the Marketing data story Manipulate and transform data (typically in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) as necessary to provide the right level of depth for our analyses Develop, maintain, and publish marketing analyses and partner with key business stakeholders to document meaningful insights and recommendations leading to key strategy decisions to improve marketing campaign performance Develop, maintain, and publish revenue generation forecast models, and partner with key marketing stakeholders to improve forecasting capabilities Maintain lead funnel conversion rates and develop annual benchmarks and targets Gather requirements, iterate with stakeholders to genuinely understand their needs and how to best visualize their data, followed by design, deployment and on-going enhancements Proactively research and source relevant business, product, customer, and operational data from across F5 organizations to help Marketing tell a more complete analytics story Identify data source gaps and help define the business tools and processes to begin capturing the right data to answer business questions Work closely with IT, Marketing, Sales and Finance to align metrics and reporting Ensure a high-level of data quality and accuracy across all relevant data sources Act as a consultant for internal partners and stakeholders for all reporting, analytics, and visualization related topics Partner with IT to provide requirements and project management to operationalize key data sources for the Enterprise Data Ecosystem and core business reporting The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Data manipulation and analysis skills utilizing SQL, Tableau, and Excel Advanced visualization skills required, using Tableau and Excel Modelling and forecast skills required Understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing concepts, including web production, analytics, and organic and paid media Advanced B2B multi-channel attribution experience required Advanced experience in working with enterprise data warehouses required Familiarity with Marketo and/or Salesforce (or equivalent) data experience required Bizible experience desired Proactively takes project ownership and accountability for analytics and reporting projects Eagerness to lean-in, learn and ask the right questions Project management, organization, and prioritization proficiency, with emphasis on scope, schedule, communication and expectation management with key partners and stakeholders Requirements gathering and documentation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Customer focus, with an analytical and problem-solving mentality Microsoft Office expertise, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel Google Analytics and/or Adobe analytics experience a plus SaaS or App Product data experience a plus F5 market/industry knowledge Qualifications Bachelors degree, Business Administration 5
years of relevant marketing analytics work experience Physical Demands and Work Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require being on call periodically or working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, domestic and international, approximately 5% of the time spent traveling. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
