Position Summary The senior business systems analyst partners with other members of the engineering team, product manager, product owner and business users to translate business requirements into logical and viable technical solutions. They provide functional and technical expertise in evaluating, configuring, documenting, monitoring, and supporting systems and procedures that are cost effective and improve efficiency. The business systems analyst is embedded within an agile team and is able to quickly adapt and adjust to shifting business priorities. Primary Responsibilities Use functional decomposition to define high-level epics and create user stories to maintain a well-organized product backlog. Design reliable and scalable technical solutions that meet business requirements and acceptance criteria and present technical solutions to the review board in the format of proof of concept (POC) or flow diagrams. Be an advisor, to both internal and external partners, on Various SaaS Tools and the Cloud subscription-based business. Actively participate in scrum team ceremonies such as backlog grooming, planning, retrospective, demo and daily stand-ups. Partner with enterprise architects and solution architects to craft technical solutions that meet F5's service level standard and security requirements. Understand business complexities and provide resolutions to user problems when they emerge. Make recommendations on integration strategies, platforms, and application infrastructure required to efficiently implement and support a Production Environment. Support Accounting and Finance group during Month and Quarter End Activities. Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies. Qualifications BS degree in computer science, technology, engineering or similar field 8
years of working experience in a business systems analyst, software Engineering or in an equivalent position 5
years of working experience required in the Order-to-Cash area. 2
years of working experience in application Subscription management application like Zuora. 5 or more years of working with Oracle Order Management, Service Contracts, Inventory, Install Base. Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite R12.X in a multi-organization and multi-set of books environment. Experience in tools like Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) is preferred. Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role Experience in engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, scrum Experience working with technical and business partners from global multi-functional teams. $100K -- $150K
