Position Summary The Sr Performance Marketing Strategist is a pivotal role in the F5 COE team. The COE's Performance Strategy team is responsible for driving the global delivery and optimization of demand generation for F5 solutions. This key role will be responsible creatively combining their digital channel knowledge, covering the full range of paid media and social channels, and digital experiences driven by Adobe Audience Manager, Target and Marketo to drive rich, personalized experience for F5 prospects. As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you'll be defining, driving, and optimizing both solution awareness and demand generation campaigns for F5. We are looking for an experienced marketeer with strong digital skills, a B2B marketing background, and extensive digital campaign deployment experience who excels at creating and optimizing high performing campaigns from awareness through sales conversion. As part of the COE team, this Sr. Performance Marketing Strategist will be the primary interface to the Portfolio Marketing team in refining messaging, content, and experiences and partner with Brand marketing and outside agencies to create and optimize digital content that connects customer needs with engaging F5 content. This role will be responsible for the campaign journey and customer experience development, implementation oversight, optimization, and reporting against global campaign goals. This role provides an opportunity to architect new experiences and test new thinking for F5's customers as well as supporting the development of the F5 market position. Primary Responsibilities Define, analyze and optimize high performance global demand generation campaigns Function as the primary interface to the Portfolio Marketing team to drive the architecture of demand generation campaigns targeting key audiences and identify any supporting content and nurture requirements Develop complete, effective digital demand generation campaigns including understanding audience, media and content strategies and develop digital customer journeys to drive KPIs Design and develop unique digital journeys leveraging a range of evolving digital tools, bringing in new thinking and emerging best practices for platforms AEM and Marketo Understand and collaborate with the F5 agencies and marketing team to drive the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving key goals including engagement and lead generation Develop test plans and drive optimization in the performance of experiences, content, and nurture programs; maintain an ongoing focus on optimization to driving improving ROI Establish measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and other key KPIs Monitor and track key campaign metrics to optimize marketing investment Coordinate with Brand and Portfolio Marketing teams and regional SMEs to align journeys content with campaign initiatives Partner with the sales focused Business Development Representative team to effectively pre-qualify leads while monitoring the ROI of channels driving leads to increase ROAS Collaborate with the ABM team to determine personalization strategies that can be supported by campaign efforts that will aid in one-to-one selling approaches Provide input on the development and then monitor inbound lead goals, including tracking on key metrics measure results and pipeline performance including all conversion points, and provide reporting to stakeholders including insights and optimization recommendations Support the campaign execution plan including input on assets, digital experiences, any inbound or outbound tactics including social media marketing Continue to monitor digital and campaign trends and directions to enhance prospect attraction, engagement, qualification, and acceleration of prospect development Leverage the digital marketing tools to drive improved experiences for prospects for F5. Utilize advanced capabilities of the Adobe marketing stack to both enhance customer experience and improve ROI on media investments Define and track goals on key audience growth and down funnel conversion rates with the goal of improving customer experience and increasing lead conversion velocity Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
