Job summaryAre you an entrepreneurial and innovative product leader ready to build and scale a new transformative HR product? The AWS Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is looking for a smart, driven, problem solver to help reinvent how we engage with our builder and deliver HR.
BeXT is a new initiative to reimagine HR and the employee experience at AWS.
We work backwards from the employee to define a cohesive, human-centered experience, and then evolve the enabling technologies and business processes.
As the product owner, you will head the product conceptualization and definition for this new initiative.
You will work backwards from the builder to understand their needs, perform user research, and product exploration.
You will own the end-to-end plan, including the pilot definition, launch, and regional approach.
You will work with a dedicated team of super talented engineers to launch the product you have defined.
Key job responsibilities End-to-end product ownership:
from ideation through scoping, execution, and post-launch support.
Business requirements:
deal with ambiguity; understand complex business and operational problems, write business requirement documents (BRD, PRD).
Execution:
oversee technical feature deployments, run UAT, launch and ramp the solutions with internal/external stakeholders and 3P providers, manage/mitigate risks and make trade-offs.
Communication with Tech Teams Write and manage a detailed project plan, drive implementation of the plan, and ensure adequate testing is done throughout the process.
Product Roll-out:
Support the team create and execute go-to-market plans for new features.
Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
