Order Operations Manager, Order to Revenue (O2R)

Own and deliver all Project accounting for Professional Services within Amazon Web Services, Inc.
(AWS)2.
Ensure complete and accurate project set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work.

Responsible for supporting our sellers with executing operationally sound and customer-obsessed engagements.
4.
Partner daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Legal, Business Operations, Systems, Insights and Finance.
5.
Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
This includes creating and coordinating user acceptance test plans for dashboards, advising on best practices and actionable insights based on analysis.
6.
Continuously review and optimize operational processes and seek opportunities to reduce transactional workload through deep dive and gap analysis, providing leadership recommendations for system integration and automation projects.

Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for internal team members and stakeholders.

Leverage appropriate tools and delivery methods relative to usage, need, and audience -- Wisdom, Wiki pages, Training platforms, etc.
5.
Develop scalable modules to maximize content re-use and ensure training programs are consistent and ready for a potentially global audience.
6.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator, and creative problem solver.
7.
Implement continuous improvements to the Order Operations team, sales organization, and the program management process.
About the teamThe Order to Revenue function (O2R) enables global order processing, invoicing, revenue reporting, revenue forecasting, and financial audit capabilities within AWS Professional Services (ProServe).
The team is comprised of 20 professionals globally across these functions.
Our Order Operations team sits within O2R and currently has 4 team members in the US.
You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative group that cares about serving our customers and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
