Program Manager, People Operations
We are looking for a strategic program manager with super-powers building and driving complex central topline program work to join the Global Media and Entertainment HR team that supports Amazon Music, Audible, Games, Prime Video and Studios (PVS), and Twitch.
This is a strong program leader that partners across senior leadership on or independently owns driving program initiatives that are of top priority to the collective GME HR organization.
This role requires a self-starter that is a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of creating and implementing strategic plans focused on short-term wins and long-term gains, influences multi-functionally, prioritizes quickly and effectively, and executes flawlessly by insisting on the highest standards in a dynamic environment.
You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business and are able to engage with cross-functional teams.
You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, have a strong attention to detail, are motivated by a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable thinking big and diving deep.
You're willing to roll up your sleeves, and people trust and respect you.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Build and lead program work for the collective GME HR org Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution Independently drive strategic initiatives in a high visibility environment across the collective HR teams Build relationships with stakeholders across GME HR teams globally Identify, build, and leverage key opportunities for supportive analytics and data Grow and continue to improve the GME Central Resources Site as the single source of truth and information for the collective org and promote visibility, alignment, impact, and connectivity Flawlessly execute and lead program work, while also tracking and measuring the success of each launch/implementation, capturing best practices, and iterating where needed Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
