As a Stadium Post-Event Picker, you will be an essential part of our cleanup crew, working efficiently to clear the stadium of all litter and debris following events.
This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of Lumen Field, contributing to an enjoyable and safe experience for all visitors.
Key
Responsibilities:
Quickly and effectively pick up and dispose of litter and debris from seating areas, concourses, and other public areas within the stadium.
Separate recyclables from trash as part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Work as part of a team to cover assigned sections of the stadium, ensuring thorough cleanup after events.
Use provided tools and equipment (e.
g.
, picker tools, bags) efficiently and responsibly.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Report any issues or hazards identified during cleanup to your supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
Ability to work late hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to align with the event schedule at Lumen Field.
Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and to lift and carry supplies and debris.
Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to thoroughness and attention to detail.
No previous experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
