The International Expansions (IE) organization's charter is to rapidly expand Amazon's retail presence globally, partnering closely with compliance, category management, technology, and product teams to deliver the world's largest selection to our international customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our international customers, by improving catalog quality and selection performance through innovative solutions.
Key job responsibilities - Own a roadmap of initiatives to measure and improve selection performance across WW Amazon stores.
- Partner with stakeholders in destination countries to understand their selection needs, and translate them into actionable growth plans.
- Improve customer experience through catalog quality improvements, and selection performance through initiatives that drive discoverability and conversion.
- Pilot new and scrappy ideas to test their viability, with the goal to improve selection performance.
Gather learnings from these experiments to inform the product roadmap and automation requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across Amazon to implement innovative ideas for selection/catalog improvement such as Generative AI (LLM) models to enrich the catalog.
- Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with stakeholders, highlighting business impact and product adoption metrics.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
