We are seeking a high-judgement program manager to drive improvements to the Seller experience as it pertains to remediation of issues that affect their selling accounts.
This role requires working with business owners, product managers, and tech teams to define strategy and requirements - and deliver against them - for improving the account health and remediation experience for Sellers.
Our team ensures that Sellers have the information and tools they need to maintain grow their business on Amazon.
This role consists of deep diving the Seller experience, identifying opportunities to improve (whether process or tech), and ensuring they are accurately communicated and represented to Sellers.
The person will own regular communication with leadership (including program updates) and be expected to make tradeoffs and balance business needs within constraints on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate is able to influence and gain buy-in from tech, ops, and policy stakeholders while seamlessly delivering in an ambiguous environment.
Problem-solving, cross-team coordination, program management, executive communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
This position combines global strategic thinking with hands-on planning and oversight, and is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to gain product experience, while leveraging their program management skills.
This candidate will be part of a fast pacing and entrepreneurial team, and be tasked with building trust over time by launching new processes and developing novel means to measure progress.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
