Principal Product Manager, IT Services

We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager, Asset Management Programs to serve as the product lead for the corporate hardware asset management system and improve efficiency of asset management operations.
You will acquire required knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle and own the roadmap of asset management programs in the team.
You will study the day-to-day operations of the AM environment, including detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage, contract entitlement data maintenance, user management and enablement, data integrity, compliance analysis, renewal/milestone calendaring, and innovative reporting solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, define the strategy for the product(s), planning, implementing, and driving initiatives that improve our product offerings.
You'll work with cross functional teams/orgs to understand their pain points, learn and expand your knowledge, as well as share your own expertise.
You will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of products and services around hardware asset management.
In this role, you will be involved in managing and optimizing the assets of an organization to maximize their value and efficiency.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of your products including reporting on ROI, make/buy analysis, and planning/ execution of test pilots to prove the concepts.
You will work closely with TPMs and SDMs to plan the annual planning cycles for new features and product launches.
The ideal candidate should possess strong product management and analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, a work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations, and excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
You will be responsible for building products and executing programs working with several cross functional teams and stakeholders.

- Build and monitor success metrics across products- Conduct regular evaluations and risk assessments of assets to determine their financial viability.
-Track asset condition, performance, and depreciation, and recommend replacement or refurbishment when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Prepare accurate and timely reports on asset performance, valuation, and financial metrics.
-Analyze asset-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
-Compliance and Risk Management:
-Implement risk management strategies to protect the organization's assets and investments.
