We are looking for a Pre-press / Production Artist with a passion for print who will use their skills to make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
Our projects are installed in the hospitality industry, at universities, hospitals, and corporate offices across the United States.
This is an intermediate position, working under limited supervision, and it requires the ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Proficiency in current Adobe design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) with a focus of high proficiency in Photoshop.
Experience in printing/graphics production.
Working knowledge of vector and raster images for large format printing.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and work with floor plans and dimensions.
Ability to communicate effectively and articulate art-related details to partners and customers who have minimal knowledge of the topic.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, prioritize personal work queue and manage time wisely.
An associate degree in graphic design is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation:
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime.
The pay range for this position is $23.
00 - $32.
00 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
