This legal professional will assist attorneys with municipal/public finance issues and interact with a variety of staff, clients and outside counsel.
This firm offers the best in technology, resources and customer service in support of their high-profile clientele as you draft closing documents and compile disclosure documents.
You will be providing support related to the organization and preparation of documents for attorney review, and coordinate the execution and distribution of the documents.
Maintaining files, reviewing documents and managing projects are all duties of the position.
The qualified candidate will be offered a comprehensive benefits package which will include a competitive salary in the $72 - 92K range, though the final offer amount may vary and depend on a variety of factors permitted by law.
The position is full time in-office (Seattle only).
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of three years current legal experience as a transactional specialist is required.
Candidates with municipal and/or public finance experience are preferred, though candidates with experience in general corporate and/or transactional business matters may also be considered.
Candidates must have a four-year degree and a paralegal certificate, JD or other appropriate combination of education and job experience.
Candidates should be motivated, proactive and self-starters.
Experience with transactional matters, working with clients, drafting documents are all required skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and data analysis skills are also important.
Candidates must have proficiency with all MS Office programs and experience in dealing with the large/complex document management.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
