Overview of Staff Accountant:
Providing accounts payable support for credit card transactions and client support contract transactions.
Responsible for preparing project-level financial reports Uploading deliverables to our CRM database from contracts and other data cleanup projects.
Additional projects may be assigned as needed.
Overview of the Staff Accountant role:
Previous accounts payable/accounting experience Experience in non-profit is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management #INMAR2024 Recommended Skills Accounting Accounting Software Accounts Payable Attention To Detail Databases Financial Data Management Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
