Business Analyst, Amazon Fresh Grocery

The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for a Business Analyst to support current business reporting/data needs (e.
g.
, weekly performance reporting, selection management, cost improvements, operations, marketing/merchandising, instock) while developing scalable solutions for the future.
They will be able to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level across all aspects of the business.
The candidate will think holistically about the data needed to support Amazon Fresh growth and provide recommendations/modeling on long term capabilities.
The leader will drive business improvements through identifying short- and long- term solutions, streamlining actions for customers and using data to identify business opportunities.
This person will help develop the vision, roadmaps and plans with partner teams to drive org-wide goals.
The ideal candidate will take a user-centric approach when solving data problems, have both a business sense and a solid understanding of the technical landscape.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities-Proactively identify data needs and deliver improvements for the Category team, including WBR design, ad hoc and standardized reporting and dashboard creation -Provide visibility to program status (roadmap, issues, risks, metrics, etc.
) on an ongoing basis to leadership, all stakeholders and team members.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
