net We are currently seeking a Logistics Receiving The Logistics Lead will be working with the Logistics Team and provide oversight over all receiving functions involving IT inventory.
This role requires a solid understanding of the methodologies used for shipping or receiving any package for support of the enterprise.
The inventory includes, but is not limited to:
physical hardware, both desktops and laptops, printers, monitors, POS devices and accessories, keyboards, mice, passport readers, scanners, and telephones.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain control, log and tracking of all inventory under Logistics Control Coordinate order cycle with procurement personnel Act as a single point of contact for customers, both walk-in and via the ticketing system.
Manage daily in- and outbound shipments Maintain a professional attitude at all times Follow all company policies and procedures Preferable experience with:
Diagnose and configure all peripheral equipment including, but not limited to:
Point of Sale (POS) devices, TTY (Okidata) printers, HP printers, OASYS timeclocks, Zebra printers, and ATP printers.
Shipping and receiving product, using any and all methods available to the Logistics team including:
FedEx, Goldstreak (comail/comat), UPS, & USPS.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Customer service Rockstar! Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Driver License with reliable transportation Proven experience learning new technologies, processes, and methodologies quickly.
The ability to lift/stand/bend/climb in order to do job function.
Attention to detail Ability to accurately prioritize with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50 lbs This position is full-time, DOE.
Typically shifts are from 7AM to 4PM or 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday at our office in Seatac, WA.
Overtime opportunities available as well.
We offer certification training materials, full health/dental/vision, and 2 weeks paid-time off after a 90-day probationary period.
We also offer a 401k plan after 1 year of service.
