$30 to $40/hr Engage with regional trade compliance teams and business stakeholders to document requirements, create functional processes and iterate on those processes as business needs evolve Maintain day-to-day global classification processes to support global import volume Assist with technology, hardware, and software trade classification, including:
Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Schedule B, and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) Contribute to documented classification justifications based upon the GRI foundation for global import classifications. Build and maintain data-informed metrics and monitor for actionable insights that enhance the trade compliance program Establish and manage positive business relations with key stakeholders and business teams Engage with software development teams to understand and guide evolving program technology including opportunities to automate manual processes Generate and contribute to performance requirements, timelines, and metrics for all related activities Perform project management support tasks to enable delivery of team assignments and objectivesMust haves:
Experience creating reports specifically with these technologies - Smartsheet, AWS Quicksight. Must have experience creating new dashboards. Reporting batches of information, running data and creating metrics. Strong documentation skills, including:
writing SOPs, document creation 5
