We are seeking a Sr.
Designer to lead and raise the UX Bar.
This individual will create, identity, define, and propose new design patterns and features that delight our customers.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a small, scrappy, start-up team, posses a strong creative lens, thrive in startup ambiguity, and have robust technical acumen.
Key job responsibilities- Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings- Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes- Communicate design decisions to peers in Design, Product, and Engineering, as well as to the leadership team- Partner closely with the Product, and Engineering teams ensure execution of design and launch timelines A day in the lifeYour primary scope will have L10
visibility and allow for cross collaboration of many teams within the WWS Org.
One day you'll be working with PhD Scientists to gather requirements, another day you'll be engaging with The Climate Pledge team on a CX review.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
