Senior UX Designer, Brand Experience and Excellence

Brand Experience and Excellence (BEE) org's vision is to make Amazon the most attractive place for Brands to sell their products by helping Brands WW engage with Customers, grow their Customer base, their Customer lifetime value, and deliver a great Customer experience.
To achieve this vision, we build Brand and customer facing tools and experiences.
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will collaborate with cross-org stakeholders to design and implement a cohesive and intuitive user experience for Brands, and support all BEE products and programs as needed.
Key job responsibilities Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, sales workflows, customer feedback, and usability findings.
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, executive leadership and other design leaders in our broader org.
Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products.
Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.
Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
