Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Experience in the I502 or Cannabis Industry is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints -Provide information about the products and services -Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns -Document and update customer records based on interactions -Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services -Handle shipping errors, updates, inquiries, and disputes.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields -Ability to build rapport with clients -Ability to prioritize and multitask -Positive and professional demeanor -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Computer proficiency -Knowledge of retail commerce applications such as spreadsheets, Shopify, and Shipstation is preferred About MiniNail:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
