Northwest Center is currently seeking a Warehouse Sorter to join our spirited team and play a critical role in efficiently organizing and categorizing books in our bustling warehouse.

As a Warehouse Sorter, you will work in a welcoming environment at an assigned workstation and equipped with a scanner, ensuring that you can excel in your responsibilities.

com/ What You'll Be Doing:
Independently examining books and determining its category based on predetermined criteria using a scanner.
Categorizing books according to the established guidelines.
Working efficiently and effectively to maintain a steady workflow, sorting books in a timely manner.
Properly operate and maintain the scanning equipment and other tools required for the sorting process.
Reporting any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to leadership.
Working effectively with others as a team to complete daily tasks.
What You Need for This Role:
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in categorization.
Comfortability working within a non-climate controlled warehouse Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift, carry and organize up to 30lbs consistently Ability to kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, and twist at the knees/waist/neck.
Ability to handle and grasp with both hands.
