This includes establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for ICHS.
The position provides direction and leadership to ensure ICHS meets the 'Quadruple Aim' of great patient care and improved population health within an efficient cost structure, while improving the work life of providers and staff.
While the range of duties and responsibilities is broad and varied, the position's major responsibility is directing the day-to- day operations, budgeting, financial management, and human resource management.
The Director works closely with a variety of stakeholders, coordinating the activities of Behavioral Health Services across the enterprise.
Hourly pay range:
$54.
60 - $79.
94 Education - Master's degree in a mental health discipline required.
Certified consulting/licensed psychologist (PhD), psychiatric nurse (MSN), or clinical social worker (LCSW) preferred.
Experience - Five years' experience in medical social work or health psychology in a community behavioral health setting required.
A minimum of 3 years leadership experience in medical social work or health psychology in a community behavioral health setting with responsibility for staff recruitment, hiring and supervision as well as program development, evaluation and budget management required.
Other Requirement(s) - Licensed to practice in Washington State (required).
Fluency in Cantonese or Vietnamese or other Asian/Pacific Islander language preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
