Principal UX Designer, Homepage

Shopping Design is looking for a design leader who can provide significant impact on the Amazon shopping experience, through their definition of the vision and design standards of the Amazon Homepage.
As Principal UX Designer, Homepage, you will drive the strategy, frameworks, and patterns which will be leveraged by business and design teams across Amazon in building a more cohesive and engaging page experience for customers.
You are responsible for:
Defining how to adapt Homepage CX to best serve the unique needs of each customer across variable devices, resolutions, and locales.
Influencing across organizational lines and locales, driving page standards adopted by business groups and design teams across Amazon who contribute to Homepage content and framework.
Earning trust with senior leaders across all Shopping organizations to ensure the Homepage framework scales to the broad needs and interests of our customers.
Designing the structural and brand integrity of the page to extend across business-as-usual to high-traffic events like Prime Day.
Partnering closely with product and engineering to invent, evolve, and simplify Homepage's product design and architecture.
Developing feedback loops from partner teams and through awareness of industry innovation to proactively identify opportunities for experimentation, and own how to build learnings back into the page framework.
Prioritizing inclusive and accessible designs for all customers as core elements of Homepage.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
