$90-$100 /hr on W2 ONLY Resource must be on our W2 payroll NO C2C or contractors.
Need a VERY strong UX Researcher with strong experience in AI/ML and modeling.
It's critical the resource has a thorough understanding of ML models and overall strong ML experience.
Requires a very strong UXR in multiple methods and be able to flex between them all as needed when conducting UXR.
Experience in qual, quant, mixed methods and applying them into technical/ENG business questions in highly complex and fast moving/emerging spaces is ideal.
Role:
1) The Resource will plan, execute, and deliver reporting and presentations on UXR and literature reviews for Core ML UX2) The Resource will consult on past research and with business partners on user perspective3) The Resource will identify needs for future research and places where research is not needed.
