Looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) II who is passionate for people and community, service-driven, and highly motivated.
This full-time CSRII position works onsite at the Burien Community Center front desk and champions Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services (PaRCS) programs, while supporting organizational operations.
Primary duties include answering questions about PaRCS programs, helping community members register for programs for all ages (youth to seniors), and booking and assisting with facility rentals.

Cash handling experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and follow up in a timely manner.
The ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and follow up when needed.
Experience with office equipment Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in computer applications (such as Microsoft Office or similar products) Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Is bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Oromo, Amharic, or Somali preferred) Education and/or Experience One year experience in a similar customer service position.
Knowledge of registration software system preferred.
Special Requirements Successful completion of pre-employment background check, including credit check.
Bilingual preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
