Must Have Technical/Functional Skillso This Role is Oracle APPS FA.
Must have knowledge on O2C and P2P cycle and must have hands-on on all related oracle apps forms and should know the functionality of the forms.
o Should have good insight into Oracle EBS Modules- Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Purchasing.
o 10
Years of experience in working in oracle apps and should have strong knowledge on supply chain management.
o Should have knowledge on PLSQL language and debugging skillso Should have testing skills and experience in the same with all type of testing.
o Work experience with ticketing tools and web-based applicationso Working knowledge with Azure Dev Ops in creating work items & tasks and managing iterations/ sprints and maintaining code repositoryo This role is customer facing.
Candidate should be strong in verbal and written communication and should be able to individually organize and handle customer & stake holder discussions.
o Flexible working hours as this role demand 24X7 on call support Documentation skillsExperience Required 10+Roles & Responsibilities o Responsible for understanding business functionality and maintenance of Support tickets and transactions within limit.
o Responsible for resolving issues in Oracle EBS pertaining to Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Depot Repair and ASCP.
o Able to understand all oracle EBS various forms and their functionality with customized changes.
o Responsible for understanding user requirement accordingly, design and create user stories with proper description and acceptance criteria.
Able to convey same requirement to Developer if needed.
o After development able to perform Unit Testing, Sanity Testing, Functional Testing and User testing of the requirement with all functionalities in check.
o Responsible for movement of changes to higher environment (Test and UAT)o Work with client's business team in requirement gathering and provide optimal solution architecture.
o Drive scrum meetings with client and provide updates to client on current development work items.
o Proper responses to all Emails, IM's queries and Sev1/ priority issues.
o Responsible for working with Oracle by creating Service Request and perform suggested solution in co-ordination with DBA.
o Provide functional support to Developer and DBA for the day-to-day operations on Oracle Database & EBS applications.
o Work on projects as needed in close coordination with Architects, PMs, Application architects Development teams etco On Demand 24x7 support for E-on calls, Sev1/priority issues.
