Spanish is preferred since it is a Spanish-speaking airline.
Hours:
About 20-25 hours per week - Night Shift JOB SUMMARY Performs conventional and unconventional security officer duties under the direction of the site supervisor.
Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable airport and local laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to acquire and maintain the required airport badge.
Must have and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license if required.
Background Prerequisites Must undergo a 10 year history for Airport standards for background and reference checks.
Education/Experience Minimum of (1) years of responsible experience in the security industry.
Must have clean background in order to obtain airport badge.
Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Ability to be an effective team member.
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to provide high quality customer service.
Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Physically able to lift 50lbs Be in good physical condition, able to work and move in fast pace environment This post requires Security to stand for long period.
