This position has the unique experience of floating between their Transitional Care unit, Long-term Care unit, Assisted Living unit, and more! All shifts available (FT, PT, On-Call, Days, Evenings, Nights, & Variable)!! This post-acute care facility offers a sense of community and home to their resident patients.
Required
Qualifications:
Degree in nursing.
Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
1 year of education & Training:
LTC geriatric experience.
5 Center Primary Nurse:
Teaching experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
In Long Term care.
Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's).
Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
3 years of 5 Center Primary Nurse:
direct care experience.
5 Center Primary Nurse:
MDS/RAI experience.
Compensation Information:
$37.
