This is a fast-paced unit where teamwork is vital! This is an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership! There is also a multitude of opportunities to cross train within various department and its specialties.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill and injured patient Administer medication as instructed by physicians Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems REQUIREMENTS Nursing degree/diploma required.
Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
