Donor Relations Associate
WHO is Sound Generations?We are a comprehensive non-profit organization that serves older adults and people with disabilities in King County.
Our mission is to partner with older adults to provide accessible and inclusive services so they can age their way.
We are currently seeking a Donor Relations Associate to join our Marketing & Philanthropy Team in Seattle, WA.
The Donor Relations Associate manages the donor database, processes contributions and donor recognition, and conducts donor research.
Supports department fundraising activities and events including annual fund campaigns, in-house appeals, third party direct mail, donor stewardship and special events.
Provides administrative support to the Marketing and Philanthropy department.
Pay Range:
$27.
00 - $31.
00 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Process and acknowledge donations in a timely manner.
Support workplace giving campaigns and holiday giving.
Track and match gifts.
Assist the Donor Relations Manager with composition of annual fund appeals.
Perform a broad range of department administrative support.
Update and maintain donor database.
Gather, collate, and analyze data.
Create and distribute reports.
Steward recurring donor portfolio.
Research and monitor donor status.
Provide support for fundraising activities to ensure inclusive and equitable access.
Troubleshoot donor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain office supply inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
Order brochures, business cards and event supplies.
Support department operations, fundraising campaigns, and events.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Business Administration or related field required.
Four (4) years of directly related (or similar) experience may be substituted for the degree.
Minimum two (2) years related experience.
