Amazon's North American Stores legal team is seeking an organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support executives in our NA Stores legal team.
As a dynamic team, we seek an individual with a history of high performance and adaptability to support our executives.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be able to complete complex tasks in the face of ambiguity, react with urgency when appropriate, efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems and relish driving organizational improvements.
Diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential.
Key job responsibilitieso Tracking and completion management of key deliverables and projectso Organizing and managing business review mechanisms (personnel review and planning, budget/spend, goal tracking)o Coordination of in person and virtual business and social meetingso Organizing and optimizing key support functions (meeting agendas, office planning) o Manage ad hoc projectso Performing calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reportingo Serve as a leader in team optimizationA day in the life Team Culture Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
