Key job responsibilitiesThis lawyer will:
o Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams and develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric wayso Help business teams launch new features and product categorieso Serve as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating commercial agreementso Resolve issues arising in existing commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquirieso Manage regulatory compliance matters, including liaising with federal and provincial agencies on a variety of issues and products and developing and implementing long-term strategic planningWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA New York, NY, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
